Consolux were appointed to carry out the MEP Design works on Prince of Wales Drive, to the highest possible standard.

The Prince of Wales Drive development consists of a series of contemporary apartment blocks, centred around beautifully landscaped gardens.

The development comprises of 955 new homes, incorporating 726 No. 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments in 11 distinctive pavilions, set around 2,5 acres of gardens, gym, commercial space, nursery, café and shops.  The buildings rise from 2 storeys to 26 storeys with state-of-the-art residents' facilities which include a 17m pool, sauna, steam room, 8th floor roof terrace.

The MEP works consist of a centralised heating and cooling network distributed between the apartments, with metering facilities to ensure energy efficient design. PV has been incorporated on the roof, allowing for renewable energy production.
