Construction of a multi-purpose use apartment block in Birmingham, branded Smith’s Garden, which is to house 550 spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in 6 separate blocks centred around 1 acre of private garden. The tallest block being a 26-storey private residential apartments and 4No. commercial units to the ground floor. Designed with modern living in mind, residents will enjoy access to a range of shared amenities, from co-working spaces and a fully equipped gym to a dedicated creche and beautifully landscaped grounds, including one of the largest private gardens in central Birmingham.

The project was undertaken with the aim of providing efficient heating and hot water production methods, which minimise operation and maintenance requirements, whilst meeting the demands for the multi-use building.
